Body Types

Ectomorph:

Challenges: Building muscle mass requires higher caloric intake and strength-focused training.

Characteristics: Lean, slim, and often tall with a smaller bone structure. Ectomorphs typically have narrow shoulders, hips, and a fast metabolism, making it challenging to gain weight or muscle.

Strengths: Often excel in endurance activities like running or swimming due to their light frame.

Mesomorph:

Challenges: Maintaining a balanced diet is essential, as mesomorphs can gain fat more easily than ectomorphs if they are not mindful of their intake.

Characteristics: Naturally muscular, with a medium-sized bone structure, broad shoulders, and a narrow waist. Mesomorphs tend to have an athletic build and can gain muscle and strength easily.

Strengths: Well-suited for power and strength sports, like weightlifting or sprinting, as they adapt quickly to training.

Endomorph:

Challenges: Fat loss can be more difficult, requiring a focus on a disciplined diet and consistent cardio-based training.

Characteristics: Soft, rounder body shape with a higher tendency to store fat. Endomorphs often have a wider waist and hips, and their metabolism may be slower.

Strengths: Often excel in strength and power activities, like powerlifting, due to their natural build.
